QIA Helmet Policy

All Skaters are required to wear a helmet during public session (including Ice Bumper Cars).

Effective immediately, head protection will be mandatory during all public skating sessions.

Patrons can use a complimentary helmet provided at skate hire, their own well-fitting helmet or an approved protective head band when participating in all on ice activities.

All drivers and riders on the ice bumper cars will also be required to wear protective headgear.

Anyone not wearing a helmet, or refusing to comply with the Helmet Policy will be removed from the Arena without refund. Continuing to not comply with our Helmet Policy may result in permanent ban from the Queenstown Ice Arena.
